You are eligible to win an award if you have activated your free profile and started collecting verified reviews on RateMyAgent. See below for specific criteria for Property Sales, Property Management and Mortgage Broking.

Your effort, captured in a RateMyAgent verified review, which is tied directly to the transaction for authenticity, is how you participate in the awards. No fees, no lengthy application process, no nominations.

Join us by claiming your free profile and requesting your verified reviews. All reviews for consideration need to be received by 11:59pm Tuesday, January 3rd 2023 (AEDT) for property transactions throughout 2022.

The following three main metrics calculate the award rankings:

1. Your Review/Sales Ratio (formerly RMA Score) - the % of properties sold with a vendor review attached, in the past 12 months. This is your Review/Sales Ratio across the whole platform and can be viewed in your dashboard. We DO NOT have suburb level Review/Sales Ratios. Find out more about Review/Sales Ratios here.
2. Number of sold properties in total in 2022.
3. Average sales value of properties sold in 2022.

To be eligible for a win in a suburb, you must have sold at least 5 properties as the LEAD agent and have 5 unique vendor reviews for those properties. If no one meets this criteria, no award will be presented.

The deadline for all 2022 reviews to be on your profile is 11:59pm AEDT on the 3rd of January 2023.

The below two metrics are used to calculate the awards:

1. Your current unique rent roll.
2. Number of positive Landlord reviews in 2021 AND 2022.

It’s important to note that you can request one review per property per year. Relationships with landlords are ongoing and they are able to rate your service for each property they own on a yearly basis.

Body Corps should not be leaving reviews for your agency, it should be each individual landlord/owner of the apartment within the building or complex.
